Fantastic Stay in a Stylish Spot

spacious roommodern decorcomfortable beddinggreat location
I enjoyed my spacious Corner King Room a lot. The room featured modern decor and comfortable bedding. The location proved to be great too, I could easily reach many attractions.
The elevators operation required the room key, it's a bit annoying.
Service
9/10
The staff were helpful and attentive, especially when I needed directions. Valet parking was mandatory and it was convenient, despite a small wait during peak times. It was worth it, I think.
Dining
8/10
The hotel has a nice restaurant that serves brunch on weekends. Weekday mornings offer options of a buffet or a la carte menus, great options there. There is a coffee shop too.
Rooms
10/10
My Corner King Room was well-appointed with modern amenities. It included two separate sinks, which really helped my wife and me. Bed sheets were very clean.
Location
9/10
The hotel is close to many stores, restaurants and things. It's located a few blocks away from a busy downtown area, pretty convenient. The subway and bus station are close.

The room decor was unique, I liked the retro vibe mixed with rustic chicness. The staff was nice and very attentive to our needs. I also appreciated that the room had a record player, it added a nice touch.
The check-in process wasn't as smooth as I expected, information wasn't readily offered. I had to ASK for breakfast times, and the breakfast area location. The bed sheets had STAINS and were dirty, I had to ask for a remake.
